for the Sale of Digital Goods

1. Basic Terms and Definitions

1.1. Seller – Self-employed individual Ivan Dmitrievich Sudakov, registered as a self-employed taxpayer under Russian Federal Law No. 422-FZ ("On conducting an experiment to establish the special tax regime 'Professional Income Tax'").

1.2. Public Offer – a public proposal by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite range of persons, to conclude a remote sale-and-purchase agreement for digital goods (the "Agreement").

1.3. Buyer – an individual who has accepted the terms of this Offer and intends to purchase a digital product from the Seller.

1.4. Product – digital files, instructions, access to materials, or other intangible products offered for sale on the website https://sudakov-ivan.com.

1.5. Online Store – the website https://sudakov-ivan.com, through which the Buyer can view digital products, their descriptions and prices, place an order, and make payment.

1.6. Order – a request placed by the Buyer to purchase a digital product, submitted to the Seller through the website.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The listing of product information on the website constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.2. By clicking the "Pay" button when placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with the terms of this Offer and consents to the processing of personal data.

2.3. The sale-and-purchase agreement is considered concluded from the moment payment for the selected digital product is received.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with a digital product in electronic form, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it in full.

3.2. All products are provided in digital form (files, links, instructions, access to materials) and have no physical medium.

4. Order Procedure

4.1. The Buyer places the order independently on the website.

4.2. The price of each digital product is listed next to its description on the website.

4.3. Payment is made in full through the Prodamus payment system integrated into the website.

4.4. After payment, the digital product is provided to the Buyer automatically — a download link appears in the account area on the website.

5. Price and Payment Procedure

5.1. The price of a digital product is listed in US dollars.

5.2. Payment is made exclusively by non-cash methods, using bank cards and other methods available through the Prodamus system.

5.3. The Seller is a self-employed individual under Russian law and is required to issue the Buyer a receipt through the "Moy Nalog" ("My Tax") application. The receipt is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

6. Refunds and Order Cancellation

6.1. Due to the intangible nature of the products, a refund is possible only in the following cases:

  • the digital product was not received by the Buyer due to a technical error;
  • the product does not match its description on the website.

6.2. Refund requests should be sent to the Seller's email info@sudakov-ivan.ru or via Telegram @sudachockk.

6.3. The review period for a refund request is up to 10 (ten) business days.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is responsible for the timely provision of a paid-for digital product.

7.2. The Buyer agrees to use purchased digital products solely for personal purposes.

7.3. The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's inability to use a product due to reasons related to the Buyer's device, software, or lack of internet access.

8. Other Terms

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer; the current version is always available at https://sudakov-ivan.com/offer.

8.2. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes and disagreements through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.3. Seller contact information:
